A typical conifer from the Mediterranean, the evergreen Cypress, skyward, symbolises the immortality of the soul. “Les Cyprès" is the title of one of the most famous landscapes painted by Vincent Van Gogh in Provence.

Use

Diffusion +++, Bath ++, Massage +++, Orally +

Ambient setting: on its own or in a mixture by regular low heat evaporation.

Atmospheric diffusion: in a mixture from a diffuser by spraying.

Dermal application: diluting, 5% in vegetable oil.

Orally: diluted with some vegetable oil - only after medical agreement. 1 drop twice a day.

Inhalation: not recommended

Practical advice

Venous Circulation : For lighter legs: mix cypress essential oil diluted in calophyll essential oil and massage from the ankle to the knee morning and evening. To add to the effect, you can take red vine capsules at the same time.

Clean and woody-smelling atmosphere : Pleasant woody aroma, the cypress essential oil can irritate the mucous membranes. Diffusion during the day: 15 drops of cypress EO + 5 drops of lemon EO.

Coughing (adults) : Dilute 35 drops of cypress EO + 20 drops of fine lavender in macadamia vegetable oil (mix in a 30ml bottle) and rub onto the chest or the soles of the feet, 2-3 times per day. In case of persistent coughing, consult your doctor.

Contraindication

Not recommended for mastosis or personal or family history of hormone-dependent cancers. Not recommended for pregnant or breast feeding women or children under 8 years of age.
