Botany specifications

Real lavender stands out by its narrow leaves and false blue-purple spikes. Its subtle yet penetrating scent is the most reputable scent in perfumery. Naturally grown in the South-East of France, it has been growing for several centuries and its distillation is an old tradition.

Use

Diffusion +++, Bath +++, Massage +++, Orally +

Ambient setting: on its own or in a mixture by regular low heat evaporation.

Atmospheric diffusion: in a mixture from a diffuser by spraying.

Dermal application: pure (for emergencies) or diluted (5-15% maximum 30%) in vegetable oil.

Orally: diluted with some vegetable oil - only after medical agreement. 1 drop 2-3 times per day.

Dry inhalation: 1-2 drops on a tissue.

Facial sauna: 1-2 drops in bowl of boiling water.

Practical advice

The fine lavender essential oil is unmissable in the family first aid kit.

Stress : Massage onto the feet to help relax. For anxiety, inhale in its pure state from a tissue or over the bottle.

Sleep : : Diffusing this fine lavender oil in the bedroom at night helps you fall asleep.

Very well-known scent : The Romans used to take advantage of the olfactory qualities of a lavender bath. Later on, they added lavender to the water when washing clothes to fragrance the clothes.
