Use
Diffusion +++, Bath +++, Massage +++, Orally +
Ambient setting: on its own or in a mixture by regular low heat evaporation.
Atmospheric diffusion: in a mixture from a diffuser by spraying.
Dermal application: pure (for emergencies) or diluted (5-15% maximum 30%) in vegetable oil.
Orally: diluted with some vegetable oil - only after medical agreement. 1 drop 2-3 times per day.
Dry inhalation: 1-2 drops on a tissue.
Facial sauna: 1-2 drops in bowl of boiling water.
Practical advice
The fine lavender essential oil is unmissable in the family first aid kit.
Stress : Massage onto the feet to help relax. For anxiety, inhale in its pure state from a tissue or over the bottle.
Sleep : : Diffusing this fine lavender oil in the bedroom at night helps you fall asleep.
Very well-known scent : The Romans used to take advantage of the olfactory qualities of a lavender bath. Later on, they added lavender to the water when washing clothes to fragrance the clothes. Today, lavender essential oil is always used in perfumery but also for aromatherapy due to its relaxing effect. When diffusing this oil, its sweet and floral scent fills your body. It can be combined with mandarin and ylang ylang essential oils.
