Important to know : The super lavandin EO is different from fine lavender due to the camphor content in the oil which explains its stronger smell and the precautions of use.
Calming effect : For diffusion, the lavandin EO has the same relaxing effect as the fine lavender oil. Application: dilute in vegetable oil then rub onto the wrists and chest.
Muscular care : The super lavandin EO (diluted in vegetable oil) is used for painful muscles: stiff neck, cramps, achy muscles...
For sport players : Very good for sports teams during the warm-up, the super lavandin essential oil calms the mind, prepares the body and helps recuperation after exercise. Massage oil formula: mix 30 drops of super lavandin EO + 60 drops of ginger EO in a 30ml bottle then add sweet almond oil. Massage before and/or after exercise.
