Indication
This medicine contains magnesium. The combination of a number of the following symptoms can suggest a magnesium deficiency: nervousness, irritability, mild anxiety, temporary fatigue, minor sleep disturbances, manifestations of anxiety, such as digestive spasms or palpitations (healthy heart) Muscle cramps, pins and needles. The intake of magnesium can improve these symptoms. If these symptoms do not improve after one month of treatment, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice.
Dosage
In adults: 2 sachets per day. In children: 9.6 to 28.8 mg / kg / day, or 1 to 2 sachets per day.
Oral route. The sachets should be dissolved in a large glass of water, preferably divided into several intakes before or during meals. Treatment should not be prolonged beyond one month.

This product provides 184 mg of elemental magnesium per sachet, or 7.60 mmol of magnesium.
The other ingredients are: Saccharin sodium, citric acid monohydrate, sucrose, lemon flavor.
Precautions for use
The use of this medication is not recommended in patients with fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome or sucrase / isomaltase deficiency (rare hereditary diseases). Pregnancy and breast feeding
Pregnancy
This medicine will only be used during pregnancy on the advice of your doctor. If you discover that you are pregnant during treatment, consult your doctor as only he can judge the need for continued treatment. Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine.
Feeding with milk
This medicine passes into breast milk, therefore breast-feeding should be avoided during treatment. Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine.
