Product Indication To treat vitamin C deficiency (scurvy) and short-term fatigue. Suitable for ages 15 and over. Directions for Use For oral administration. Effervescent tablets – dissolve in half a glass of water and drink the solution. For adult use only (15 years and over). Dosage Take 1 tablet a day. Ingredients Active Ingredient: Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) Other Ingredients: Sodium bicarbonate, anhydrous citric acid, sucrose, sodium saccharin, polyoxyethylene glycol 6000, sodium benzoate, orange flavour*, Sunset Yellow FCF *Composition: Orange essential oils (citral, limonene, linalol, decanal), concentrated orange juice, maltodextrin Packaging This pack is comprised of 2 tubes, each containing 10 tablets. Warnings and Precautions for Use Warnings– Contains sucrose. Do NOT use if you are fructose-intolerant, or have glucose-galactose malabsorption or a sucrase-isomaltase deficiency (all of which are rare, inherited disorders). Precautions for Use– This medicine is a mild stimulant. Therefore, evening use is not recommended. – Contains sodium (283 mg per tablet). Use with caution if you are on a strict low-salt diet. Contra-indications Do NOT use if: – you are allergic to any of this medicine's ingredients; – you have kidney stones (do not take more than 1g of vitamin C per day). Pregnancy and Breast-FeedingIf you are pregnant: – Use this medicine only if necessary. If you are breast-feeding: In the absence of specific data concerning this medicine's ability to pass naturally into breast milk, do NOT use this medicine.
